新リゾートスパ「スパークリング・ヒル（Sparkling Hill）」。

149部屋あるスイーツには、各部屋それぞれスワロフスキーのクリスタルがセンス良く散りばめられ、ゴージャスな気分を盛り立ててくれます。目を引くのは雄大な湖畔の景色を眺めながら入ることのできる大きなバスタブやクリスタルが散りばめられた暖炉。「クリスタル」と言っても、オカナガンの自然の風景に決して反さない、派手すぎず、ラクジュアリーな特別感を演出してくれるデコレーション。大人数で泊まれるペントハウスも3つ用意されています。

そしてここでの滞在のポイントは、ユーカリの香り漂う「クリスタル（Crystal）42度」、やバラの香り漂う「ローズ（Rose）38度」など、7種類も用意された様々な温度設定（8度～90度）、そして様々なアロマの香り漂うサウナに入り放題だということ。
そして注目なのが、なんと-110度まで下がるという北米初のコールドサウナ。-110度に設定されたサウナの中で3分間過ごし、それによって体の循環機能を最大限に活性化させ、新陳代謝を高める、というもの。マイナス110度といっても、-15度、-60度、と体を慣らしつつ入る上、乾燥した”dry cold”の環境なので、とても気持ちがいい!?ようです！

場所はバーノン（Vernon）より南に10kmほどの、オカナガン湖・湖畔に位置しています。

My favourite band X Japan is coming to Vancouver for a one day performance as part of their 2010 World Tour Live North American Tour. I was able to get 2 extremely good tickets. Center aisle, Row 4 seating for 2!! Yes it was a little expensive but who cares… it’s the first concert I have ever been to in my life and it is X Japan.

The last 15 years of my life have been a roller coaster and their songs have so much meaning for me…  so what’s paying a little money to attend this probably once in a lifetime event for me. (Well unless I go to Japan in the future haha)

I’m so excited!
