首の筋を違えました(+_+)

左右に動かせません。Sprained my neck yesterday, my pillows are not giving me good support. I should use the special pillow darling bought for me many years ago. So I can’t really move my neck today, sharp pain if I move it. So this morning I was really bitchy in the office…

Should have listened to darling’s advice.. and either use the pillow she bought for me or don’t use pillow at all when I sleep. Me and Miyuki are the same, we can’t sleep at all on “high” or hard pillows… >_<
