    Maintenance fee is high wow…looks pretty decent though.

    Yeah… I think they have good facilities, sauna and all I think. But yes over $300 is a little high, I’m interested to go check it out though, maybe this weekend will get Mr. Fu to bring me there, if you want to come together will be nice.
